If you would like to volunteer for our charity, we would use your contact details to send you more information about the event and, if you wish, contact you about volunteering for future events. If you request funding from us, your name and personal information may be kept in our confidential records for the purpose of maintaining accurate records of our financial activities. Only charity governors would have access to these records and they would not be made available to the public at any time.

Does Jersey Children’s Charity share personal information with anybody else? We use a third party email service, MailChimp, and your name and email will be stored there for the purpose of contacting you via email.

We will share your personal information where we are under a duty to do so in order to comply with any legal requirements or obligations, any request from the government, or where it is necessary in order to enforce or protect our own rights, your safety or that of others, or where it is deemed necessary to investigate fraud.
